Before you call
Straight answers to the things we hear most on the phone. Don’t see yours? Call and ask.
Can you make one key work for every door?
Usually. If your locks share a keyway, we rekey them to one key. If they don’t, we may swap a cylinder or two so they do.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes, for both tenants and landlords. For lockouts at a rental we may ask for the lease or the property manager’s okay, and turnovers are a regular part of our week.
What should I have ready when I call?
Where you are, what kind of lock or vehicle, and a rough idea of the problem. For a car lockout, the year, make, model and color. That’s enough for a quote.
Do you sell locks, or only install them?
We supply and install. We carry common residential and commercial hardware, and we’re happy to install locks you already bought if they suit the door.
