Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Everyday Locksmith OKC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, call or text us at 405-276-3904, or hire us for locksmith services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our service request form, call, text or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address or location, vehicle description (for car lockouts), and details about your lock or door.

Information collected on the job. To protect property owners, we verify identity and ownership before opening a lock. We may look at a photo ID, vehicle registration, lease or similar document. We do not keep copies unless you agree or the law requires it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.

2. How we use your information

• to respond to your request, give you a quote and schedule service;
• to contact you by phone, email or text message about your job (see Text messages below);
• to verify identity and ownership before providing lockout or lock services;
• to send invoices and receipts and keep business records;
• to improve our website and services; and
• to comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

3. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send messages related to your service request, as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, and phone and messaging provider, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• when required by law, a court order or a valid request from law enforcement; or
• to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.

5. Cookies, maps & analytics

Our website may use cookies needed for it to work. Pages that show a Google Map load content from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If we add website analytics, it will be used only to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep service request and job records for as long as needed to provide service, keep accurate business and tax records, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To make any other request, contact us using the details below.
